Build Your Future in Drone Technology

Australia Agritech is proud to announce the Peel Drone Training Sponsorship Program, made possible through the generous support of the Peel Development Commission (PDC) and the Drone Innovation Hub located at the Food Innovation Precinct WA in Stake Hill. As part of this initiative, five sponsorship positions are available for eligible Peel businesses, local government employees, and residents to obtain their Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) through the Drone Innovation Hub. The Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) is Australia’s nationally recognised qualification for operating drones commercially and is rapidly becoming an essential skill across a wide range of industries, including:

Agriculture
Environmental Management
Infrastructure Inspection
Emergency Services
Mining
Construction
Education

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to complete their RePL training for a heavily subsidised fee of AUD $1,895.00.

Build local drone capability across the Peel region
Support workforce development and future career pathways
Increase awareness and adoption of drone technology within local industries
Help businesses and local governments improve productivity through innovative drone solutions
Develop a skilled local workforce to support the growing drone industry in Western Australia

Training will be delivered through Australia Agritech’s Drone Innovation Hub, providing participants with:

Access to state-of-the-art training facilities
Experienced and CASA-compliant instructors
Practical industry knowledge and hands-on experience
Pathways to advanced drone operations and future certifications
