Choose Your Half-Day Session
Each session runs approximately half a day and can be booked individually or combined into a full customised training day. All sessions are $800 per person.
Flight Safety & Practice
Master the fundamentals — safety protocols, pre-flight checks, equipment orientation, and hands-on flight manoeuvres in a real agricultural setting. RePL required for flight operations.
On-Site Troubleshooting & Emergency Repair
Diagnose and resolve common field issues — motor errors, spray system blockages, GPS anomalies — and learn emergency recovery techniques that keep operations running. No licence required.
Multispectral Analysis & Variable Rate Application
Interpret multispectral imagery, generate prescription maps, and configure the T100’s variable-rate spray system for precision agrochemical delivery. No licence required.
Complex Terrain & Orchard Route Planning
Plan and execute missions over undulating terrain and around orchard canopies — terrain-following modes, obstacle avoidance setup, and custom route optimisation. No licence required.

Common Questions About Skill Building & Familiarisation
It depends on the session. Practical flight operations require a valid CASA RePL — students without a current RePL are not permitted to take the controls during flight sessions. However, the other three sessions (On-Site Troubleshooting, Multispectral Analysis, and Route Planning) are ground-based or simulator-based and are open to all participants regardless of licence status. If you still need your RePL, please see Module A — CASA Licencing.
Yes. The training fee from Module B can be fully credited toward the purchase of any drone through Aagri-Tech within 12 months of your training date. This applies to purchases of the DJI Agras T100 and any other Aagri-Tech-stocked drone models. Terms and conditions apply — contact our team for full details at the time of enrolment.
Closed-toe footwear and comfortable fieldwork clothing appropriate to the weather. All flight equipment, safety gear, and materials are provided by Aagri-Tech. We recommend bringing sunscreen and water for extended outdoor sessions.
The core Module B session uses the Aagri-Tech DJI Agras T100. If you own a separate DJI platform and wish to incorporate specific time on your own aircraft, please discuss this at the time of booking and we will confirm whether it can be accommodated.
Yes. Group bookings of 2–4 operators can be accommodated with advance notice. For larger groups, we recommend booking multiple sessions or discussing a custom Module E bespoke training arrangement. Contact us to discuss your team’s requirements.
