AAT Drone Video Competition - 2024

Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser
  • The AAT Drone Video Competition 2024 (“Competition”) is organised by Australia Agritech (“AAT”).
2. Eligibility
  • The Competition is open to residents of Western Australia only
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Participants must be available to receive the prize in person at AAT’s Perth office.
  • The Competition is not open to AAT staff, partners, dealers, or their immediate families.
3. Competition Period
  • The Competition begins on *September 1st, 2024* and ends on *October 31st, 2024*.
  • All entries must be submitted by *11:59 PM AWST on October 31st, 2024*..
4. How to Enter
  • To enter, submit a 30-60 second video featuring the DJI T50 drone in operation.
  • Entries must be uploaded via the AAT competition webpage at (http://www.aagri-tech.com.au).
  • Video submissions should feature one of the following categories:
    • Unboxing new T50
    • Assembling the T50
    • Flying the T50
    • Problem-solving with the T50
    • Spraying with the T50
    • Storytelling involving the T50
5. Submission Guidelines
  • Only one entry per participant is allowed.
  • Videos must be between 30-60 seconds long.
  • By submitting a video, you agree that AAT may use your video for promotional purposes, including sharing on AAT social media channels.
6. Judging Criteria
  • The winning entry will be selected by a panel of AAT staff and partners based on creativity, technical quality, storytelling, and relevance to the competition categories.
  • The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.
7. Prize
  • The winner will receive a DJI Sky City Office Tour in Shenzhen, China, which includes:
  • The prize must be claimed between *March to June 2025*, subject to travel restrictions and availability.
  • The winner is responsible for obtaining a valid passport and visa (if required) and ensuring they are eligible to travel.
8. Winner Notification
  • The winner will be announced in *early November 2024*.
  • The winner will be notified via email and must confirm their acceptance of the prize within *7 days* of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.
9. Publicity and Privacy
  • By entering the Competition, participants consent to AAT using their name, image, and submitted video for promotional purposes without compensation.
  • Personal data collected during the course of the Competition will be processed in accordance with AAT’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. General Conditions
  • AAT reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  • AAT accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that their video submissions do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
11. Governing Law
  • The Competition and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
